Install Chuck's Printer Driver as a Macintosh printer driver. This usually works with Epson 9-pin, Epson 24-pin, and HP LasterJet compatible printers, but people have had success with other printers.
Buy PowerPrint from Strydent. Mind you the current retail version is PPC-only, but perhaps they can sell you an older 68k compatible version or you can find PowerPrint at a used software store or a place like eBay.
Print with AdobePS
to a virtual
printer (so it will become a Macintosh PostScript file);
Copy the file to
Windows (floppy, Fusion's Transfuse, HFVExplorer, Basilisk II's
"My Computer");
Print the file with Aladdin
PostScript/GhostScript for Windows.
The Macintosh PS-file is written in seconds and printing the PS file with AdobePS takes the normal printing speed. (It works great, even with color and pictures.)
The Macintosh versions of Adobe Acrobat, Distiller, etc. can print most files to a PDF file. This can then be transferred over to the PC's OS and printed via the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
James Walker also offers a shareware extension called Print2PDF which allows the user to print to a PDF file under the Macintosh OS.
